The apartment was comfortable, but the bathroom lacked a proper non-slip floor.

The cleaning staff was efficient, and the kitchen had everything needed including a washer/dryer, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. The noise from nearby traffic disrupted our sleep regularly.

this place is amazin! really comfy apartment, super light and spacious. they got all the stuff you need in the kitchen like a coffee machine and dishwasher. staff are really kind and professional. also, if you like walking, you can hit up st pauls and covent garden in 30-40 mins.

the shower situation was kinda annoying, water gets everywhere if you don’t crouch. also, the washing machine doesn’t dry well and ended up with a pile of wet clothes.

It was just a strong match for a weekend stopover in London with fantastic value. The staff were friendly and the place was super clean. Bring some recyclable bags as there were no recycle bins.

The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the bed was super cozy for a good night's sleep. But, the shower was a bit inconvenient—water tends to splash everywhere if you’re not careful. Still, all in all, a solid setup.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff helped me with early check-in, which I remember fondly. I’ll definitely be coming back for a holiday!

I loved the room size and the comfy bed! Location was decent, just a bit of a hike to the tube. Had some trouble getting new towels, $6 for that? Really? Plus, they overlooked a small issue that cost me my deposit. a nice place, but management could be better.

The Wi-Fi could use a serious upgrade due to frequent connectivity issues!!! It’s frustrating to deal with complicated waste disposal given the tiny trash bins during longer stays. the temperature control in the apartment was often a hassle!!!
